Dulcimar Antonio GrandoDulcimar Antonio Grando (Florianópolis, Brazil) studied at the Federal University of Santa Catarina where he achieved his Masters and has worked for the Federal Education Institute. He is a teacher of physical education. He practices judo and holds the black belt; he was twice a national champion, and participated two times in the Olympic trials in 1988 and 1992. Dulcimar Antonio Grando is also active as coach in judo in Florianópolis. His first involvement in LGBT Games was in 2005, when the Diversity Games were organised in Florianópolis. Later he was selected member (and director) of the GLISA South America. Dulcimar Antonio Grando participated in the panel discussion about sports and culture as a vehicle of rights at the Antwerp conference. |
