Ben Capell Ben Capell is an academic researcher and organisational consultant specialising in the areas of development trust, diversity and leadership. He is a lead member and head researcher of the Future of Work Chair at the ESADE business school, a research unit that is dedicated to foresee and affect changes in the world of work. His international career includes various consultancy and people development roles. He worked with several leading companies and education institutions. Between the years 2004 and 2011 Ben Capell worked for Hewlett-Packard where he held senior internal consultancy and management roles in the areas of leadership development and diversity and talant management. Promoting the inclusion of LGBT employees at work is one of his mean areas of focus - ever since working for HP he dedicates a major part of his consultancy and academic activities to help organisations make progress in this area. Ben Capell has lived and worked in Israel, the USA, Japan and Spain. He holds a Masters of Research in Management, Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and a B.A. in Human Resources Management and is pursuing his PhD degree in ESADE.
