2006 has seen the third international meeting on the role of trade union in defending LGBT workers rights, and the second conference under the name "Workers Out!".

This conference was a special track in the International Conference The Right to be Different, organized in conjunction with the First World OutGames, from July 26 to 29, in the Palais des Congrês in Montréal.
The Workers Out! track of the conference in its closing plenary session adopted an Action Plan.
